Following several successful exits over the past years, the BWB Partners portfolio has been reduced to five assets all showing strong operational performance. With a limited number of remaining assets in the portfolio, the partner group have considered their next step. Together, the team has chosen to pursue a partnership with a like-minded international private equity firm focused on SMEs and a wish to invest in Denmark/Nordics.

Consequently, we are excited to announce that the entire BWB Partners team will join Mentha, as part of a strategy to deploy capital and deepen Mentha’s presence outside Benelux.

Initially, the team will focus on deal sourcing, while at the same time ensuring successful exits of the remaining BWBP assets. Over the coming period, more and more time will be spent on new investments. However, the team remains both committed and incentivized to realize the best possible returns to the limited partners of BWB Partners I K/S and BWB Partners II K/S.
